Certificate 1 Mystrata Systems (MSTS1)
In this course, students will learn how to operate basic functions within Mystrata’s Online Help, Strataware and MyCommunity systems. Students who take this course include first time users of Mystrata systems, current users looking to obtain official recognition of their skills and new comers to the strata/community title industry looking to gain an insight into industry technology practices.
Upon successful completion of this course, students should be able to:
- Effectively use the Mystrata Helpdesk system
- Perform basic accounts functions within Strataware
- Perform basic contact management functions within Strataware
- Communicate with and maintain users in MyCommunity

Certificate 2 Mystrata Systems (MSTS2)
In this course, students will learn how to Stratawares core accounting functions including the creation of management agreements, disbursement tracking, procurement, accruals and other various ledger accounting processes. Students will also learn how various ledgers within Strataware interact with each other.
Upon successful completion of this course, students should be able to:
- Create a management agreement
- Configure disbursement settings
- Invoice (and track) management fees
- Raise RFQ’s and Work Orders
- Accrue invoices

Mystrata Systems Administration (MSTSA)
In this course, students will learn how to administer Mystrata systems from initial installation, troubleshooting through to group policy security and user management.
Upon successful completion of this course, students should be able to:
- Install the Mystrata Security Plugin
- Troubleshoot plugin installation issues
- Create group policies within Strataware
- Create new Strataware users and assign appropriate permissions
- Setup Strataware system defaults
